Our newest model, The Savannah, will soon be in stores. A smaller version of its big brother, the 'Low Country Cooker', the 'Savannah' is made for those who lack the space, or the need, for a larger cooker. Whereas the 'Low Country Cooker' is 4 feet long with 1100 square inches of cooking area, the 'Savannah' is only 3 feet long and has 750 square inches of cooking area. The only other difference between the two grills is that the larger 'Low Country Cooker' has a 70/30 ratio of indirect cooking area to direct cooking area (meaning that 70% of the cooking area is devoted to indirect cooking, while 30% is devoted to direct cooking area.). The 'Savannah' has a 50/50 ratio (50% is devoted to indirect cooking area and 50% to direct cooking area.). Other than that and the size, the 'Savannah' is identical to the larger 'Low Country Cooker'. Look for it starting in May 2008.
