 CK400-LCC Our four foot model, The Low Country Cooker™, is ideal for parties and small gatherings. As with any of our models, you can grill, roast, smoke, bake, steam, fry, boil or broil on this grill. The CK400-LCC is made for those who like to cook outdoors on a regular basis. This grill is perfect for those who have a large family or like to entertain often and do a lot of outdoor cooking. Dimensions: Cooking area: 1,100 sq. inches *Heating ratio: Our grills are split into two separate, but integrated cooking areas, the indirect side and the direct side (see the How it works page for more information on this process). Each grill has a distinct heating ratio in regards to these two cooking areas. What this means is that a certain percentage of the cooking area is devoted to indirect heat and a certain percentage to direct heat. For example, if the heating ratio is 70:30, then 70% of the cooking area is devoted to indirect heat and 30% is devoted to direct heat.
